Our room was very spacious beautifully decorated and well equipped. It has tea making facilities which we have found are rare in Italy. The rooms are on the first floor up high marble stairs – you don’t need to go to the top of the building as we did ! Finding the hotel is an initiative test if you are arriving by car. Do not attempt to drive to it as it’s in the very old part where the roads are one and a half donkeys wide. The instructions to enter are very good only they fail to mention they don’t start until you are inside the building. Press the left hand button of the entry intercom to get in.
Breakfast is very good with a big choice however we would have liked more fresh fruit that was ripe.
It’s a lovely place to stay, very central and you can walk to everywhere . The lady owner is very pleasant and helpful.
